Do unisex cosmetics really exist? Can a product be equally efficient in both men and women? The answer is yes.
According to the Spanish Society of Dermatology, cutaneous specificity is not marked by sex, but by the type of skin and the actual needs of each person. When most people think about exercising the first thing that comes to mind is physical activity to exercise major muscle groups such as glutes, biceps, triceps, abdominals and so on. Adapt these exercises to the parts of your face that most need elasticity and toning
Place your fingertips in the middle of your forehead. Then slide the tips of your fingers evenly upwards, finishing where your hair starts. You will feel how this part of your skin is exercised with each movement. Perform about 10 repetitions.
Put your thumbs on your upper lip and gently press against the gum, while trying to push the lip forward. Repeat this movement 15 times.
With your hands on your cheeks, bring your lips forward as much as possible, while your hands press the muscles of your jaws gently back. Perform about 10 reps.
Crow’s feet, in the skin that surrounds the eyes, are some of the most common wrinkles that the face acquires with the passage of time. To help avoid them, you can do the following exercise: Close your eyes and keep them closed while raising your eyebrows. Hold them up for a few seconds. Then lower them and repeat the movement. With this exercise you will feel how the skin is stretched, giving it the elasticity it needs.
With your back straight, cross your arms in front of you and lengthen your neck forward until you feel how your skin tightens. Next, slowly turn your head to the right and hold it like that for a few seconds, without lowering your chin towards your shoulder. Then turn it to the left and hold it there for a few seconds. Relax and repeat the exercise 10 times.
Between the age of 20 and 25 you begin to produce the first wrinkles of expression. Your body stops producing collagen, and the effect of aging on the skin is inevitable. From the age of 30, the lines of expression are clearly visible. Sunlight is essential for all living beings on the planet. Most of the time, people only sunbathe for image-consciousness as they like to look tanned. It’s hardly surprising then that distinguishing the skin of a smoker from that of a non-smoker is not difficult. Like it or not, the skin is a true reflection of the state of your health. Inhaling smoke for sheer pleasure is not healthy. More than 55 harmful components in a single cigarette, are enough to transform your face into the “face of the smoker”. Wrinkles, yellowing of the skin, bags under the eyes, drawn, prominent bones, grayish skin, yellow teeth … That is the result.
But what’s really in a single cigarette?
It’s not just Nicotine though. –Incidentally, Nicotine, besides being the perfect ally to create addiction to tobacco, has a vasoconstrictor effect that raises the level of vasopressin, a hormone that stimulates the contraction of muscle fibers.– Tobacco decreases the supply of oxygen to tissues, decreases the absorption of vitamins and alters collagen. On top of that, one cigarette induces the hydroxylation of estradiol, an estrogen steroid. Result? A decrease in estrogen, encouraging dryness and skin disease. At the same time, the reduction of estrogen leads to an increase in androgens; and more hair may appear.

Sleep well. Devoting time to rest is not only a way to recharge energy and repair your muscles. While you sleep, new tissues and cells are repaired and created. This is why your skin notices it when the quality or quantity of sleep is reduced.
