Sunlight is essential for all living beings on the planet. Most of the time, people only sunbathe for image-consciousness as they like to look tanned. But nevertheless; along with these benefits, excess exposure to sun especially without adequate protection, becomes a great enemy for our skin. This is especially so in people with clear or very fair skin.
